MLK is based in Amsterdam & writes and sings roots reggae with a strong African vibe.
MLK has performed regularly in Holland with The Flavour Coalition & recorded with Breadwinners, High Notes, RAW Rhythm Section to name a few.
Many of MLK's songs are about forgotten corruption, injustice & equality, using Africa as a main source of inspiration & music as a document of history. Reality Roots!

RAW (Rhythm Art Works) is an outernational collective of roots musicians that gather at Earth Works Studios in Amsterdam regularly to grow organic rhythms & build backing tracks for singers & instrumentalists around the world.
With a philosophy of taking the music one step backward in order to move the sound two steps forward...
